Please forgive me for ever thinking you weren't worth every penny I have to spend to have you grace my phone with your knowledge. Your face makes me happy, especially when it reads "Toll Free Number" and I can ignore the call, or when it reads "Stream, Patrick" and I get to greet my friend, knowing it's a call that will put a smile on my face.

It does always freak me when people say, "Hi Carla!:
Clients call at work assuming we have Caller ID. They just start talking away, asking me to look up this or that. I have to wait for a pause and then say, "I'd love to help. Could you give me your name, please?" :)
