I believe that being habitually late is really rude. What is so hard about being on time? Of course I understand if people are late because of something that is beyond their control. Hey, I know flat tires and junk like that happens. It's life after all. But you don't have to be late, barring such unfortunate circumstance. Here is the rule of the day:
