Habit

Isn't it funny that we are such creatures of habit? I was thinking today about people at church. If they are there on a Saturday night or Sunday morning, they are usually sitting in the same area, if not the same chair they have planted their rear on for years. I remember people teasing me about putting a plaque on the back of a chair (third row left center) that read: "If you are not Kristi, you shouldn't be sitting here." Truth be told, I come to church early so I can get "my" chair. Isn't that silly? Well, silly or not, that is my habit.

Socks must be put on left foot first. Isn't that crazy? Have you ever thought about this? My dad used to think that putting on your left sock first was bad luck, and since I don't believe in luck, left first is the rule.
