Goals
I never have been good at making a goal list and following through. Oh, I can make lists like the best of them, but when it comes to actually doing what's on the list...well...that's another story. Last week I had the lofty idea of making a goal list to keep my house clean. One room a day, not too much of a burden--right? Keep in mind that I have not cleaned my basement in so long, not only can you write in the dust, you can build with it. Yikes. Every time I look at the ledges and see all that dust I think " I just can't do all that". I know, all I need is a little motivation (another sorely lacking quality) and I could have that room cleaned. Lickety-split. But there is always a solitare game waiting on the computer, or some blogging to do, or some glass to cut and solder. Always. But the dust, it is a tenacious thing, and waits for me. And waits. So today as soon as I get done blogging, I am going to go out there and clean that room. Conquer the dust! Vacuum the carpet! Clean the front of the TV! Oh, wait--what's on? OOH! Jeopardy!

It is always better to do something tomorrow. After all, tomorrow is sooner than the day after that.
Huh? Sorry Kristi I was just trying to provide a pithy wisdom-filled anit-procrastination motivator for you.
Ok. My two cents. You cannot blog or play solitary or cut and solder glass until you conquer the dust!
CCCOOOONNNNQQQUUUUEEERRRRTTTHHHEEEDDDUUUSSTT!
Conquer the dust!
Hey,
What a great time to start a garden. Potatoes, carrots, onions, etc. Forget the dust! ESPECIALLY if my absolute favorite show is on-Jeopardy! Isn't it kid week? You can't miss it. It's your only chance to get the answers right! Alright-dust on commercials. Multi-task-YES!
Dust? I was aware that that was a noun, but NEVAH a verb!!
