Per Hour

Well, the taxes are done for another year. Usually I put this off until the last minute, but my sister told me her return came in less than two weeks, so I got on it. Set a deadline (how I work best) and off I went. Now that I think about it, it took me about 2 hours to do the paperwork, and when I figure how much I made per hour on this--really I made more in the last two hours that some high-powered lawyers charge their clients. When I look at it that way, it is much more attractive, this doing-taxes thing. I did boof, tho. When looking through the tax paperwork, I found my sales tax due forms that were due Jan 31. Oops. Stinkin' peanalties. Like it's the government's fault that I can't keep my poop in a group. Well, we live and we learn, don't we? I hope I will remember this one and not make the same mistake next year. Happy refunds, everyone!!
