Now that Eli has his driver's permit, do I call the insurance company and ask for a quote or save the heart attack for when he actually gets his license?
Even after they've been behind the wheel a while it's still expensive, even for girls and even with a good student discount! The real pain comes if they have a fender bender or a moving violation. We haven't experienced that personally but have heard horror stories...
We'll be adding two more drivers to the ranks if they don't put us in the poorhouse first. Actually by the time Daniel is driving Emily will not be on our policy anymore.
