Since Kelli, Hannah and I are leaving for Florida on Thursday--hey wait that's TOMORROW--Kelli had the idea of going to the MOA and having our eyebrows "threaded". That's where a beautiful lady sits you in a chair all tipped back and comfy looking, you hold your eyelid so she can RIP OUT THE HAIR FROM YOUR FACE with a piece of string.
Since I have never been one to pluck my eyebrows, I had no idea what was coming. Oh. My. Stars. I kept letting out involuntary "oo"s and "ouch"es. Poor lady probably thought I was some kind of wimp--if her smile was any indication.
Don't expect to see me in that chair anytime in the future, and here is why:
Yesterday I told a friend what we were planning, and what it entailed and she said "What do your eyebrows look like anyway?"
My point exactly.

I remembering noticing my eyebrows about 30 years ago. Since then I kind of forgot I had any. But thanks for the warning, if my teenage daughter ever recommends threading I'll remember Kristi!
Oh, c'mon! I love having my eyebrows threaded! Yeah, it hurts - but not as much as I think waxing would.
And you know it made you even more beautifuller. :) Have fun on your trip!
Can we get a before and after picture of your brows?
Have a great tip, girlies!! Hope your eyebrows recover. :(
TRIP!! But, here's a tip-don't get your eyebrows threaded.
