And Me Without The Camera

I have the Stream cherubs for the weekend, and Nathan and Timmers wanted to go outside and play in the yard. I said ok, sent them out and went to get my shoes. I walked down the steps to the backyard, and out a little way from the house and there was a tiny deer just calmly walking in front of me. He looked, I looked, I reached out my hand and he trotted off a little way and stopped to look at the boys.
They looked, he looked and I told them to walk toward the deer slowly. It just seemed like he wanted to play, because every time they would get within three feet of him he would jump backwards a little bit and then stand and look at them. The advancing and jumping went on across the yard until Mama deer snorted her warning from inside the woods and off he ran to meet her.
Pretty cool.
