Here's what I'm thinking about today:
Shoulda kept "paying" the car payment into a bank account to pay for repairs.
Shoulda thought of dumping my car before I took it to the mechanic the first time.
Shoulda done better at saving money for emergencies.
Shoulda Shoulda Shoulda.
Stoopid me.
Live and learn.
When your Dodge automobile reaches 130k get rid of it so you don't have to incur $1800 in repair fees, cuz that kinda smarts.
When your Dodge automobile gets to be 10 years old, get rid of it, cuz the repairs are imminent.
Now my BIL Tim would say don't buy a Dodge, but I like them--until they are 10 years old that is.

FPU, baby!
I HATE putting money into our cars. I even get bitter about oil changes and new tires. Michael always reminds me the importance of car maintance, because I am always trying to skimp on that kind of stuff. It feels like a waste of money.
I hope you have a car solution soon!!

Sorry for your pain, sis... Try not to should on yourself too much though. We all know you're smart and sassy (even when you use your phone as a mouse). ;-)
also, get rid of your windstar at 8 years old! man. hubby isn't sure if we will EVER get another ford!!
