Flexibility at work is a must for me. I need to be on the ball for last minute things, not-so-prepared people, and people that need some chat-lovin'.
Today I got the strangest request to date. One of the pastors came up to me and asked if I would watch the little girl of a lady that was coming in for prayer and counsel. I said yes, sure. He came back a couple of miutes later and told me that the little girl was asleep in the car and would I mind sitting in the car while mom came in to talk. A little more hesitantly I said sure. I saw the mom walk in with the child (thanks Papa) and they headed to the nursery. I watched the sweetest little cherub for an hour while the mom talked with the pastors.
Call me flexible. Uh huh.

That was really nice of you.
I'd do the same thing for you.
I love that. One of those things where we can feel the good now - but suspect there may an even bigger 'special surprise' of joy and good and love behind what He orchestrated via your willingness during that time. And once we get up There we'll see it all. Thanks for sharing the beauty. I love that our Body works this way... That He works this way through our Body.
Sweet lovey time.
I am sure the sweet little girl loved it just as much as you did. They don't call you "Mama" for nothin. Sweet.
