Sunday we had our annual LATTE Christmas Extravaganza! What a wonderful evening. The decorations were beautiful, the ladies all decked out, and the music was exceptional. Elizabeth Hunnicutt is a young lady with some promise I think. I got her autograph just in case...
Carla and I got to sell tickets in the booth and sell CDs and stuff at intermission and at the end of the concert. Extravert Dream--note the capital D. Plus I got to work with Carla--hello! Great fun.
So a few thank yous:
Thank you to all the LATTE leadership for all the beauty, and how well everything flowed.
Thank you to the kitchen ladies for all your hard work this year--I know how much it takes.
Thank you to the decorating team, the place looked beautiful--I especially loved the sparkly snowflakes in the foyer.
And to all you ladies who complained about various things--Bah Humbug to you. Get off your butt and help next year. OOH! Did I say that out loud?

Ooh...them's fightin' words!
More blogdom drama?
AMEN Sister! Amen.
Double that for me.
No Drama Erin, Just being Real.
My feet still hurt-L.
You are very welcome. It is a joy to plan, work, and all of the above. It's always fun to see how God works it all out..down to the last minute detail.
Complainers.....hard to fathom....good idea, Kristi. Let's have aprons ready in hand next year and when there's a negative comment, we don't say a word. We just hand them an apron with the word "Latte" on them. We could call them the back door prizes.
Did I just say that?
Woot!
Or "Barn Door" prizes.
Way to go, ladies!
Back door prizes. Good one!
