Today must have been an official lefse making day. My family made lefse at a benefit event at my Mom and Dad's church. I think we made about 80 rounds and sold them right off the griddle. There is nothing like fresh lefse rolled with butter and sugar. Yummy!
We don't make it. We just eat it on Thanksgiving and Christmas! Petes family is big into it! Butter, sugar, and cinnamon! They also always have pickled herring-sick!

I was thinking more on the line of UFF DA!
But then again, I never met a piece of Jewish lefse I didn't like.
Would that be served with lox and cream cheese?
