New Job

Poppers had an interview this morning. It is at a place in Somerset that makes plastic parts for medical equipment. He mentioned that when he was touring the plant he saw a couple of guys he worked with at previous jobs. One or two of them must have put in a good word, because by this afternoon he had an offer. Poppers bumped them up a buck an hour and voila'! A new job is at hand. Eleven miles to work instead of 44, seven days of work in two weeks instead of 8. Thank you God for the gift!
