Thanks to Katie R. for the post idea.
When I had Nathan and Timmers for the weekend, Nathan spent some time in the "chair". Every time he did something that hurt Timmers or the dog I made him go sit until he could say he was sorry.
Here's how it went:
"Ok, Nafes, go sit in the chair." To his credit he NEVER gave me any backtalk, he went straight to the chair every time. "Now you sit there until you say you're sorry."
"Ok."
A few minutes would go by.
"Sorry Kristi."
"What are you sorry for?"
"I don't know."
"Ok, sit a little longer then." After a little while he could always tell me why he was told to sit in the chair. This is one smart cookie.
"Kristi? I'm sorry for hitting Timmohs."
"Ok, you can get down."
One time I put him in the chair right before we needed to go somewhere.
"Nathan, come on we need to go now."
"NO! We can't! I'm not sorry yet!

LOVE those kids! That made me laugh out loud--I could see one of the grandkids saying that.
How sweet is that? Now I need to meet these fabulous children. So many Wisconsin friends, and I don't even hardly know them. Glad Kristi's no longer on the blog friend list, but is a real flesh and blood friend. Yeah!
I actually influenced Madam President? WOW. I'm so honored....Noser for President!
Sigh.
LOL...THAT is hilarious Kristi!
And what's with the Kristi Noser for President campaign? How did I miss the boat on that one? I've seen a couple of mentions of it. Do you need a campaign manager? Because there aren't many people I'd jump back into campaigning for, but you Kristi Noser...you're a cause worth supporting!
Thanks Joey. I'll let you know.
Can you imagine me as your campaign mamnager? Hee-hee.
Swampy
Campaign Manager? How about bodyguard!
