And you thought I was going to talk about painting...
The coats in our house multiply like two rabbits left alone in the dark--or Carla's yard.
They're just everywhere! I finally got a contractor bag out to fill it up with the plethora of outerwear we will never again wear in the outer. Coats that people gave us, coats that I bought for H&E "on sale" that they never wore, snowpants that are three sizes too small, and on and on. I swear there's a "Members Only" jacket in there from the 80s. Or an off brand of such a jacket...I honestly didn't look close as it passed from the closet into the bag.
So now there is a HUGE bag of coats in my basement with no home, and while I was proofing the bulletin for church today, I noticed that a group in our church is having a yard sale for their cause. I believe it is
" 'cause Kristi has so many flippin' coats to give away".
Ahhhhhh oh yeahhhh.

Jack! :) I hope all of your outerwear finds good homes.
Would that happen to be a contractor bag from the last pig roast or have they become a staple at your house? Hmmmm.
yes and yes
Perfect timing for a yard sale, I'd say! In my house, we have a million coats... that are too small. Darn those kids and all that growing they've been doing... I hate to BUY new coats when we have a million. Alas.
