Pig Roast is coming soon--consider yourselves all invited. Heard from a long-lost relative this week, she heard about the gig and plans to crash. Bring it on, I say. More peeps=better.
Bumped up the weights at class this am. Everything was too easy (drill sargeant!) until I got to the lunges. Yowie.
My (our) cousin Terri was here this weekend from Spokane. She is a hoot! I enjoy listening to her stories. We decided that she should write a book and call it "My Life as a 30 Car Pileup". Now that most of the crises are over, she can tell the stories with humor, and the more you talk about the junk, the easier it gets, right?
Went to the races at Cedar Lake Speedway on Saturday night. They had school buses racing in two of the races. That was funny. It seemed like more of a demo derby than a race, but New Richmond ended up winning. The bus we were rooting for came in dead last--shocker. It got so cold that we left early, and now I regret it, because I guess in the second bus race, one of the drivers flipped the bus! I was bummed to have missed that one, but the choice was shiver to death, or go home. Home won.
Sat yesterday and had a mind-calming puzzle day. Almost finished a 500 piece one. Only the sky left. That is relaxation--let me tell ya.
So now all of you are caught up with the important items of my life. HACHAAA!

A word of praise and encouragement in regards to body pumping it...word!
Thanks Pat!
I'll think of your encouragement when I am gritting my teeth through those stinkin' lunges!
Puzzles = stress. I got anxious just reading about you almost finishing a 500-pc. Congrats to you, though.
When can we puzzle again?
I love puzzles. It's a nice feeling of accomplishment to complete one. 500 pieces! Good for you!
Those lunges make me want to cry. I am afraid of body pump because of the lunges.
Be not afraid. Mondays and Fridays 6:15am. Be there.
Good luck sitting on the toilet in two days. Lunges have a way with the backside. Embrace the pain!! Good job!!!
