An Open Letter To Eli's Teacher

Dear Mrs. G.
I understand Eli has had a hard time in your class this year. This is not helped by your ridiculing him and asking him questions you know he cannot answer. The fact that you asked him a question you yourself had to look up on the internet shows that you are not as all-knowing as you would like him to believe. For your information, Jesus' brothers are not listed by name--or number for that matter--in the Bible, with the exception of James. Why you felt it necessary to make him feel stupid because he did not know how many brothers Jesus had is beyond my comprehension. Furthermore, research papers are designed so that the pupil would learn more about a subject or person than they already know, right? You should be encouraging him in his choice of biographical essay, not slamming him because he did not know all the facts before he started to write the paper. No wonder he does not like to do work for you. I wouldn't want to work for a boss like you either.
Sincerely,
Kristi Noser

You go, girl!
I'm so sorry to hear about this. Sounds like a call to the principal is in order. Poor Eli.

You know, I think it was Roseanne Roseanne Roseannadanna who once said, "What WERE they thinking?!?" Don't you wish teachers got paid by their "consumers" ala the students? Make me feel small you get a nickel, build me up you get a dollar. I agree, poor Eli. Character building is not all it's cracked up to be sometimes. We'll pray for the teacher, too.

KJ, you oughta type this letter up and send it to the principal, not the teacher. Administration needs to hear about the poor teaching skills that their staff exhibits.

What a wench. Or, bee-atch, as you would say.

Oh believe me, I have a letter all cocked and ready. I sent an email to the teacher yesterday. I thought I'd get her take on things before I went to town.

You are paving the way for us to Middle School! Teachers like this give teaching such a bad rap! I am very proud of you MamaBear!

Oh my! That teacher just sounds horrible! Like Carla, I am a teacher and it burns me when I read about stories like this...these people give teachers such a bad name!

Thanks for visiting me @ http://mommybrainvictim.wordpress.com
