Well, I have as of today, passed the "mid-forties". I am officially pushing 50. I don't feel older today, as is usually the case, actually feel a bit younger after losing a little flabbage.

PS: I finally tried the "Naked Juice". It was good, but a little thick! I have some texture issues with food so I don't know if its for me.
Kim, just add some water--sometimes I have to do that on some of the thicker ones.
Katie--it was another food theme--my husband knows me so well. oh, and puzzles--I lurve puzzles.
