Incensed

My house stinks. My nose itches. My head aches.

Eli went to a birthday party on Saturday and came home with a gift from the birthday boy. An incense burner. Ugh.

I used to burn incense when I was young--seems like all teens "need" to go through this phase, but as the years pass the ol' schnozz gets more and more sensitive to the stench--oh I mean scent--that eminates from his boudoir. Now I allow this practice, knowing that it will not last more than a couple weeks--please oh, please--and frankly, it makes my boychick think he's grown up. And cool. Ok. At least I got to put the kibosh on the dreadful Axe perfume.

I'm so sorry you have to live with that stench. I HATE incense. He-LLO headache!

Hannah has a VERY excellent point.

If I never smell Eternity again it will be too soon.

Isn't incense supposed to COVER the smell of pot? I think Hannah might be on to something...

I think if his room smelled like pot, I would be forced to leave the door OPEN!

Yeah, because having the door open would be at the top of your worries.
