The office was crazy madness today. The phone absolutely rang off the hook, and to add to the mix we have two funerals this week. They always throw everyone a little off kilter. There are so many arrangements to make, pianists, soloists, speakers, food, servers, and on and on, and it all has to be done in a relatively short amount of time. Kudos to Cindy-- she handles all the pressure with grace and class. And to Haugie, who keeps the family members calm and feeling cherished.
